For five years, Studio Cascade worked with the City of Chewelah to implement, study and refine many of the City's development regulations. The City amended its zoning ordinance and subdivision ordinance to comply with revisions to its comprehensive plan, and to State law. In a streamlining effort, Studio Cascade helped the City prepare a new draft shoreline management program that integrated shoreline policies directly into the comprehensive plan...and shoreline regulations directly into zoning. Exciting work and relations in Chewelah continue, including master planning for the nearby 49° North Ski Area. |
