Studio Cascade is proud to work with the City of Medical Lake on a number of fronts, including updates to their comprehensive plan and development regulations. From day one, the work has achieved Growth Management Act compliance - but more important, it's helped produce consistent, well-considered policy. Studio Cascade even provides training to City councilmembers, planning commission and staff on using the new plan, covering everything from methods regulating adult-oriented businesses, to the role of the planning commission, to GMA compliance...and other subjects as they have arisen. Now underway: Studio Cascade is working with Medical Lake on a corridor-specific plan, tailored by public input and matching goals with the new comp plan (soon to be adopted)! |
