Medical Lake's 902 Corridor Plan
cropmark cropmark

The City of Medical Lake, Washington has begun a planning process for its "Main Street" (known locally as Highway 902 and Lefevere). Primary goals include identifying partners in area revitalization, setting key objectives, developing streetscape plans, and identifying at least two pilot projects.

Work will support the City's new comprehensive plan, and may call for improvements to such things as roadways, pedestrian amenities, landscaping, way-finding, streetscape elements, parking, "gateway" features and more. Plan funding comes from a 2004 State Community, Trade & Economic Development grant.

News: Our work with the project committee and community is nearly complete! We hosted the final public workshop on Wednesday, June 15, and are now completing the project report and recommendations.
