Kate Koch is Studio Cascade's newest member, and juggles her part-time position here with full-time pursuit of her Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University. Kate's got a fairly impressive background - she's an alum of two planning consultant firms in Bellingham, Washington, where she worked on everything from tribal elections monitoring to writing chapters for the Whatcom County Comprehensive Plan. Kate recently helped us re-write Rockford's comp plan - a task she was especially fond of, since it's her hometown!
